1) Quick Introductory Call

2) Needs Assessment

  • We'll discuss your needs, answer any questions, and provide complete details on the MailXStream process. We'll provide you with pricing information and an Application and Terms & Conditions (T & C) for review. The MSA defines the overall contract terms & conditions for using MailXStream.

 

3) Sample Analysis

  • We will analyze your documents for compatibility with the MailXStream service. From there, we'll collect information for your order template, which captures all the details and defines how your documents are printed and mailed, including paper types, simplex or duplex printing needs, color requirements, and outgoing envelope types.

 

4) Service Agreement

  • Upon receipt of both the fully executed Application and the initial deposit, we'll complete the setup process, finalize your order template, and provide you with all the necessary information to begin using MailXStream.
